Want to buy a shirt that’s worth €15,000? That’s exactly how much Piu Piu won at French T-Shirt contest site, laFriase for her design, Elephant Gum. And while you’re there be sure to read the interview that Piu Piu did with la Fraise, you wont get 15K for doing so but it is worth the read. Elephant Gum is available now from laFraise for €19.
“The Designer was inspired by a french saying: A bit of thick skinned attitude in this elusive world. Go and adopt an elephant, you will get beautiful teeth then! (free translation).”
Now if I am being honest, I am not entirely sure if that single T-Shirt design is worth the 15K prize but then again, art is in the eye of the beholder. How many of you dig the la Fraise 15K prize winning design?

A few hours ago I picked up the new Weezer album, Raditude
. In fact I am enjoying it as I type this very blog. But to my dismay, I find out after the fact that I COULD have picked up the weezer album from their official website packaged with an official Weezer Snuggie. I feel like I got jipped. I feel like I should have gotten that blue warm and fuzzy Weezer Snuggie.
Then again, I live in Hawaii. What would I do with a Snuggie! But still, how amazingly and dorkingly cool is that – you can actually buy the new Weezer album with a Weezer Snuggie ($30). Seriously, that is amazeballs.
The only saving grace is that I picked up the new album for just $3.99 from Amazon DRM free. And having done one listen through of the album, I can say that it is worth the price of the 4 bones paid and then some. It’s fun, energetic and smart. Pick up your copy of Weezer’s Raditude
from Amazon now for $3.99.

So I picked up How I Met Your Mother: Season Four
over the weekend and was able to watch two episodes yesterday and am so stoked because I almost forgot how incredibly “legen … wait for it … dary” this comedy series is. If you have not seen an episode of How I Met Your Mother then do yourself a favor and pick up the DVD or Netflix it, its hilarious.
I got through two episodes yesterday while I was nursing a cold and in the episode “The Best Burger in New York”, Barney (played by Neil Patrick Harris) pimps out Goliath National Bank (a fictional bank that his company purchased) while a jobless Marshall (played by Jason Segel) searches for the mystical best burger in New York. I thought I’d look up some How I met Your Mother tees and lo and behold, I find this tee from 80′s Tees, a Goliath National Bank shirt. Barney Stinson would be proud.
Are any of  you How I Met Your Mother fans? Let me know!

ZOMG I feel jipped! Well, not really because it was totally my fault. So here’s what happened. I really wanted to pick up the new November 200 Nipples tee, We All Have Needs. I was determined to get it for just a buck. Which I thought was totally possible because how many people would actually wait up on Halloween for the newest 200 Nipples tee?
As you may or may not know, 200 Nipples released a new tee the first day of every month at 12am CST. The price of the shirt sold is the price you pay. So if you buy shirt #1 you pay just a buck. I was in it to get We All Have Needs for a buck. 12am CST equal 7pm Hawaii time. It’s 6:59pm and I am refreshing and refreshing my browser. Clock strikes 7pm and I see the new shirt and the purchase blocks. I click on the $1 shirt and then I see the clock counting down but no shopping cart! OMG! I wasted 2 minutes looking for a shopping cart on the site but no dice. I try refreshing the screen and ZOMG 15 of the shirts have already sold, including the $1 shirt! So I try and click the $16 and then shopping cart automatically appears!
It seems as if I selected the $1 shirt the same time someone else did and I lost out. Shucks. But at least now I know. There’s no shopping cart button! I’ll get you next month 200 Nipples. You wait and see.

Tired of the City is the new November tee from Linty Fresh and my oh my is it yellow! Some of you might remember that I wasn’t much of a fan of last month Linty Fresh offering (The Crest of Fresh) but I am totally feeling this vintage Linty Fresh tee. And did I mention that I love the yellow! It seems that the face behind Linty Fresh has been doing a lot behind the scene but has really toned down his web presence. There’s been a considerable lack of Linty Fresh blog and video offerings, despite a new Linty Fresh blog site. Tired of the City is printed on an American Apparel tee and is available now from Linty Fresh for $22.
