It’s been a while since I’ve given A Better Tomorrow some love, way too long in my opinion! But I couldn’t deny this T-Shirt it’s moment in the spotlight. Everybody Wants Some by Andre Grünhoff features our favorite furry creature, Chewbacca. It almost looks as if it’s a play on Where the Wild Things Are. I’m not too sure why I feel that way, maybe it has something to do with the typography. Either way, Chewbacca is awesome here. He looks triumphant and regal at the very same time. You go, Chewie.
I really love when brands give us a behind the scenes look at their design process and inspirations. It’s so fun to see something go from concept to finish product, and I can only imagine what it feels like to be involved in such a project. And so I was pretty stoked when our friend, Mr. Easybake himself, posted his latest blog entry. In the post, he shows off the design process that went into making his latest collaboration tee with Nick Automatic.
When it comes to designing on the other hand things are not so easy. If there’s anyone who would agree with me, it is my dear friend Nicolo Nimor. We started discussing our second collaboration together back in November and the design process was lengthy to say the least. I am the biggest sucker for a behind the scene look of designing and I am glad Nicolo let me into his creative world. There is something intimate about watching the steps an artist takes in order to bring his vision to life. -Oven Fresh Dreams

So yeah, Man Up! looks like it was drawn by a 9 year old that was all amped on Monster Energy Drink (or maybe even that new Four LOKO stuff). But really, who cares? Not me. I’ve got a buttload of StreetTeam points, so I have no problem investing 12 of them on this glorious tee. I mean, come on, It has a freakin’ butchered unicorn spurting out rainbow guts. This T-Shirt is epic. Thank you Sir.Ruffikins.The.Third for making my day complete.
