WearingSocial: Turn Your Facebook and Twitter Friends Into A T-Shirt

You’ve got tons of Facebook and Twitter friends? Probably more than you need. What if I told you that you could actually turn those virtual friends into something tangible? Well you can with WearingSocial. WearingSocial taps into the API’s of both Twitter and Facebook and allows you to create mosaic themed T-Shirts with the profile pics of your friends.

I tested it out with Facebook (the preview images below were generated using my Facebook account -- can you spot Andy from Hide Your Arms?) and I have to say that process is very simple. It’s very similar to using a 3rd party app with Facebook, you’ll need to grant WearingSocial permission to your Facebook account before it is able to grab your friends’ profile photos. From there it’s just a matter of choosing your T-Shirt design and WearingSocial does the rest.

WearingSocial is actually quite neat, especially if you’re into social media. The WearingSocial T-Shirts are priced at $19.99.

Instagram T-Shirt Spotting: Make Awkward Sexual Advances Not War

This is Instagram T-Shirt Spotting. I use Instagram a lot. A LOT. This makes sense since I’m pretty much glued to my iPhone and I love to snap photos. One of the great things about Instagram are the awesome random photos that I stumble upon. Occasionally I spot an awesome T-Shirt on Instagram like Make Awkward Sexual Advances Not War from @mike01. You can find this shirt over at Noisebot for $16.99.

QR Code + Rorschach = QRorschach

This is a fabolous T-Shirt from our friends at 604Republic. They’ve taken my favorite character from my favorite graphic novel and transformed him into part superhero / part QR code. Neat! And I even love the product description: “QRorschach’s Journal: October 12th, 1985. Tonight, my face turned into a QR code. I dare you to scan it.” Geeks all around the world should love this T-Shirt.

QRorschach is available now from 604Republic for $19.95.

A Calamari Sandwich? Yes Please.

Calamari Sandwich? I never knew that such a sandwich existed! I want one. Now. Seriously, I wonder if I can find a calamari sandwich in Hawaii. If you’re craving a calamari sandwich then you could always just pick up this T-Shirt from Madrid based designer, Dr. Ueeee. They’ve also got a cool paella T-Shirt if you’re craving Spain’s national dish.

Calamari Sandwich and Paella is available now from Dr. Ueee for €19.00.

PS: Although I really dig the fun images on these tees, I really wish that they would have left out the registered mark (R in the circle) and the little brand caption on the bottom of the design.

The Hu$tle Harder Movement

Urban Flight is about being motivated, driven, goal-oriented, financially aware, focused and keen, and not letting other people judge you or stop you in the pursuit of your goals or dreams in life.”

How could you not respect a brand that runs itself based on the words above. Those are words to live by. In fact, the Urban Flight Hu$tle Harder T-Shirt is one that we all should be able to appreciate. Work hard, play hard, and hustle harder. One of my favorite books about the art of hustle, especially in this increasingly social networked world, is Crush It!: Why NOW Is the Time to Cash In on Your Passion by Gary Vaynerhuk. It’s a great. Be sure to pick up the book when you pick up Hu$tle Harder by Urban Flight which is available now for $20.

TWINE: Hempwear for Hemp Enthusiasts

I’ve got nothing against THC. I think marijuana should be legalized. You can do much worse things to your body than smoking a little marijuana. A legal cigarette is worse than an illegal joint. And furthermore, this Stoned To The Bone tee from TWINE Hempwear is pretty…dope.

Stoned To The Bone is available now from TWINE (The World Is Not Enough) Hempwear for $29. The design is printed on a 55% hemp / 45% organic cotton (100% eco-friendly) blank T-Shirt. So now you can not only smoke some THC, but you can also wear it.
