About: Enter Crywolf, the sophomore clothing venture from longtime friends and collaborators, Rose Chang and Stephanie Drabik. Both Toronto-based artists and art school graduates, Steph and Rose are well-known in the independent fashion scene for p0isson, their first clothing company that featured one-of-a-kind designs on t-shirts, dresses, buttons, posters, and more. After two years of success that landed them in art and clothing expos all across North America, Rose and Steph have decided to create Crywolf, a new and improved clothing label with the same creativity and DIY attitude as p0isson, but also evolving by including more sophisticated, original designs. Each piece of clothing from Crywolf is unique, handmade, and due to their limited edition run, literally a collectible piece of art. Their designs are as quirky and imaginative as their creators, often including animal imagery and whimsical, uncanny drawings, with each piece of clothing featuring original artwork by Rose and Steph.

All of this contributes to Crywolf’s philosophy: affordable and wearable art. The name Crywolf of course comes from the famous fable of the boy who cried wolf, just one too many times. Rose and Steph are notorious to their friends for telling little fibs and playing elaborate pranks, exemplifying the spirit of the boy who cried wolf. Crywolf however, is no joke, and is coming soon to a store near you.
