Coty’s Thoughts:

The Official (mt) Mediatemple T-Shirt by Mediatemple. Pros: This piece of Mediatemple swag is pretty straightforward. You have Mediatemple’s trademark (mt) logo is big bold letters right across the middle of the chest. It is of course a great conversation starter because I am sure that people will be dying to know what (mt) stands for. Once you get the conversation going, you’ll then get to hype your new website and the awesome host that is hosting it! I love the fact that Mediatemple only makes these swag tees available to people who blog about their services. You can check out the blog post that I wrote about Mediatemple here, and you’ll notice that I reference the tees that other people have also received. Within a week, I received an email from Mediatemple thanking me for the post and then a few weeks later I received this T-Shirt. Even better, they use a 50/50 blend American Apparel tee, and I have to say that it’s super soft!

Why i love Mediatemple: I’ve got to mention that my experiences thus far with Mediatemple have been top notch. The support is excellent, I see that that they are active on Twitter and that none of the support is outsourced (which means that all of the support employees speak really good English). I received a couple of traffic spikes (one day I experienced 20K + unique visistors in a single day) in the month of November and the site did not go down at all. I should mention that the grid-service hosting is made to withstand high traffic load – I love this about Mediatemple. They do cost a bit more ($20 per month) but I think that they are worth it 100%. I highly recommend you check out Mediatemple.

Price: Not available for sale. I got mine by blogging about my experiences thus far with Mediatemple. If you want the official Mediatemple T-Shirt badly then I guess you’ll have to switch over to Mediatemple and then blog about them!

The Doctor Is In by Doctor Hazmat. Pros: Another great shirt from out friend, Doctor Hazmat! This shirt features the Doc himself and he looks as if he is brewing something quite mischievous. The Doctor Is In features a large five-color print on a white American Apparel T-Shirt. The print is nice and soft (for a such a large print) and the tee fits great. You’ll also notice that the T-Shirt is tagless (awesome) and instead features a screenprinted neck label. On the back of the T-Shirt you’ll find the Docotor Hazmat logo, which is a standard across the entire Doctor Hazmat line. The shirt is currently available in only sizes XL and 2XL, so if you want this one you better jump on it!

Price: $25.

Calling Dungeons & Dragons Fans: Go Gnolls

Apparently, this girl plays Dungeons & Dragons and also is a ninja. What a combination. I’ve never played Dungeons & Dragons. Ever. Is it any good?

So what’s a gnoll? If you’re not hip to Dungeons & Dragons ling (like me) then let me provide you with some gnoll insight, courtesy of Wikipedia.

“In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, gnolls greatly resemble humanoid hyenas. They are usually between seven and eight feet tall, weighing around 250 to 320 pounds, and use armor made of horn, metal, or leather. Gnolls are generally depicted in the game world as feral nomads who kill and pillage without warning. Their whole bodies are covered in reddish-brown fur which becomes shorter as it surrounds their faces and clawed hands to reveal grey colored skin. Their pelts vary from mono-colored to spotted and their eyes are either yellow or black.”

Go Gnoll was designed by Lee Bretschneider and is available now from his online store, Adventuring Company, for $18.

His latest shirt is called The Inner Working of a Maniac, and, if you take a look at the design you’ll exactly why it’s called that. First of all, if I had that many jelly bean like characters inside of me , tossing coins and catching buttterflies, I’d surely be a little manic myself.

This huge, 3 colors print, is printed on an asphalt American Apparel tee and is available now from Tilteed for $12 ($18 if you pick it up tomorrow). And of course, you can use the coupon code “TILTCOTY” at checkout for $2 off shipping!
