“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
The Boston Celtics has had their share of great players. Bob Cousy, Bill Russell, K.C. Jones, Dave Cowens, Kevin McHale and Paul Pierce. Despite all of these big named players, none compares (to me at least) to Larry Legend, the Hick From French Lick. In 1979, Larry Joe Bird signed a five-year contract with the C’s, becoming the highest paid rookie in the history of basketball. But he took it all in stride, saying, “No matter how good I am, I’m still just a hick from French Lick.” Bird went on to win three NBA championships and three MPV awards. He was also a twelve time All Star and nine time All NBA selection.
The Phoenix Suns had a chance. They blew it. And like so many times before, the 2010 NBA Finals will be a matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics. This will be the 12th time that the two teams will have met in the Finals since first meeting in 1959. In the NBA, the idea of East vs. West is the Boston Celtics vs. the Los Angeles Lakers, and Homage Clothing knows this. Their vintage East Vs. West design feature the colors of the two most decorated and storied teams in NBA history.

Kent State by Homage Clothing.Pros: The shirt is super soft as is the print. Comes boxed in wonderful cardboard packaging and shirts are wrapped in a plastic bag. The shirt features a custom hangtag and has a Homage Clothing branded neck tag. A pack of vintage American Gladiators trading cards came packaged with the shirt. Cons: This shirt is made for a very specific and narrow niche – Kent State fans! If you love Kent State  you’ll dig this vintage tee. If not, well, you really wont care much about it. Pricey. Price: $32.
My Better Half by Katrina Vaughan and available at Threadless.Pros: Simple yet effective! People will look at this one and either laugh or smile or disagree. Cons: I kind of wish the dotted line extended the length of the shirt. Price: $15.
