This Pixel Heart necklace from Etsy would have been the perfect accessory for this Threadless Cardigan and this ThinkGeek T-Shirt. Very cool. But alas, it’s a one-of-a-kind item and it’s been sold. Dun, dun, dun.
Looking for the perfect Valentine’s Day T-Shirt? This 8-Bit Dynamic Life T-Shirt might be just what you’re looking for you, especially if you and your significant other loves video games. When the both of you are wearing this interactive tee and within hugging distance then all six pixelated hearts will light up. Likewise, when apart, your heart level will drop down to just two and a half hearts. Awww, how cute.
Staying healthy is the key to keeping yourself alive. Video game characters know this all too well. When your red heart gauge reaches zero… you die. For non-bitmap humans like you this is more of a challenge. But luckily after extensive study at ThinkGeek labs we’ve determined that people feel best when they are in close proximity to something that they adore. Don’t understand? Well luckily for you we’ve created this amazing 8-Bit Dynamic Life Shirt to illustrate.
Buy one of these glowing shirts for yourself, and gift one to your significant other (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, fembot 2000…). During your normal activities two and a half pixelated hearts will light up on your shirt. Hey… you’re depressed and in need of a recharge. But get within hugging distance of your significant other wearing the matching shirt and suddenly the hearts on both of your shirts start to light up until you’re fully powered up. Go too far astray from the source of your affections and you’ll drop back down to two and a half hearts again. Got it?
The 8-Bit Dynamic Life T-Shirt is available now from ThinkGeek for $17.99.
If you’re human then you must love bacon. Unless of course you’re one of those vegan or vegetarian folk. If that’s the case then that’s too bad because bacon RULEEESSS! Bacon is the nom nom food to rule all nom nom foods. NOM NOM NOM.
Buy this T-Shirt for the bacon enthusiast who believes in science.
Periodic BaCoN is available now from ThinkGeek for $16.99.
If James Bond had to wear a T-Shirt, it would probably be this one. Okay, maybe not -- it’s probably a little too flashy for his taste. However, this is the perfect spy enabled T-Shirt for mere mortals looking to conspicuously capture sneaky video of others. The brilliance of this tee is the perfect placement of the spy camera.
“It’s so deliciously obvious. Centered in the artwork on the shirt is the man himself, holding a camera to his face. But not just a picture of a camera. Hidden behind the soft cotton exterior is a fully-functioning spy camera. That’s right. Whatever your chest can see, the camera can see. A cable connects the camera to a small black box that fits discreetly in your pocket. Just reach in, press the button, and your shirt will capture the evidence before you.”
And here are the specs for this tech heavy tee:
- Stylish retro spy theme T-Shirt has a tiny color digital camera hidden in the chest
- Use the pocket based remote to shoot color digital photos
- Vibration feedback shutter lets you know when you’ve taken a new shot
- Holds over 150 color digital photos, 640 x 480 resolution
- Electronics are completely removable for washing
- Plug in with USB to download photos
- Works with any OS including Mac, Linux and Windows
- Requires 3x AAA batteries (not included)
The best part is the ThinkGeek disclaimer for this special T-Shirt:
“The Electronic Spy Camera Shirt is for novelty purposes only. Please respect the privacy of other carbon based life forms… robots and aliens are fair game. Best results are achieved by shooting during the day. Night shots are only feasible if you can stand amazingly still and your subjects are not moving.”
How many pervs do you think are just itching for their order to arrive in the mail? Hmmm….
The Electronic Spy Camera T-Shirt is available now from ThinkGeek for $39.99. Go get your spy on!
Yeah, someone made a T-Shirt with a beer bottle opener built in. No, I’m not kidding. And although this is not the end of civilization, I think we might be getting close. Speaking of built-in bottle openers, have you seen those slippers (flip-flops for you mainland folks) with the built in bottle openers? I could not even fathom opening an ice cold lager with the germ ridden underside of a slipper. Nasty! N-A-S-T-Y!
So compared to the slipper with the build-in bottle opener, I guess the BeerBot isn’t that bad. Unless of course you use your T-Shirt to wipe your snot.
The BeerBot Bottle Opener T-Shirt is available now from ThinkGeek for $19.99.
And here are those slippers that I was talking about. These are made by Reef. You can pick up a pear from Amazon for about $45.
I enjoy the online steampunk movement that has been taking place as of late. This is the perfect tee for any steampunk fan because we all know that if they could they would. It’s available now from ThinkGeek.com for $15.99.Â
Now that tee from ThinkGeek might simulate the Steampunk look, but the computer below, screams steampunk! The item is a functioning Mac Mini that was redesigned in good old steampunk fashion by Dave Veloz as a wedding present for his bride. Talk about raising the bar!
