This site has been up for nearly 2 years now and it surprises me that I haven’t thought about doing a weekly recap post before. Luckily, this old dog can learn new tricks. So welcome to the first of hopefully many Weekly Recaps, a place where I will be able to funnel the many links and interesting stories that don’t make it on to the main blog and also remind you of my faves that did make it. I’ll also post some of the more interesting links from some of my favorite tee blogs and also from some of my other sites, including Call Me Thirsty, FAILShirt, Tumblr Trends and my newest site, SwipeTap. So let’s get to it.

Our friends over at Milk & Eggs Co. provided some very awesome photos from the Independent Design and Gift Show: Unique LA. View photos from Day 1 and Day 2 here.
I finally announced the winner of the Might Tees Steve-In-Sane T-Shirt Giveaway. Congratulations to Abi Mochtan for winning another contest! Want to stay up to date on all contest held here? It’s easy, just become our friend on Facebook!
Glennz Tees is having a little mini sale with 5 of their tees being reduced to just $11 (regular $19.95) and 2 hoodies reduced to $29.95. I don’t think I can resist picking up Office Chat now that it’s on sale! And don’t forget that Glennz has their 12 Days of Christmas promotion going on right now so all orders placed from now till December 12 will be placed in a drawing for some sweet prizes!
RANDR just released their new fall line and I think it would be appropriate to say that it is horror-riffic! They’ve the horror genre covered with this released featuring everything from skulls to vampires. There are seven new tees in the Fall Series and each are printed on American Apparel shirts. They are available now for $20 a piece but be sure to use the coupon code “twitterpad” at checkout for an extra 15% off!
Are you into vampires? If so I’ve got just the shirt for you. It’s called Vampire Meets The Hound and it’s by a brand that I just discovered called Young Lovers. You’ve got to love the fangs and the throwback 80′s look. No fancy colors but I think the black and white fits this shirt just fine. All Young Lovers tees are printed in 100 print runs so if you like Vampire Meet The Hound I suggest you pick one up now. It’s a little pricey, but hey, you can’t put a price on fashion! This shirt will set you back $59 AUD or $38 US.
Here’s a great tee that I stumbled upon while perusing Rangga’s great site, Cottonable. This is probably the best shirt to have in the event that you find yourself in the middle of a zombie infestation. I always thought that zombies were a bit overrated in terms of the fright factor. I mean, come on, they are such slow movers! Unless of course you’re dealing with “I Am Legend” type zombies, in which case, this T-Shirt will probably not help you one bit.Â
